Added a blog entry "模具毛邊的原因總結" 模具的毛邊,在新模時就產生為何,在新模沒有但生產後就產生為何,我們分模具原因及注塑原因
新模就有毛邊,就像出生的小孩的牙縫天生就有,設計可以零對零,但部份的模具加工精度產生了間隙
舊模才開始產生毛邊,這才是影響老闆賺錢的主因,也是現場增加二次加工的人工及材料成本,甚至退貨
為何後面才產生呢,比較多家的設計及加工狀況後比較出幾個原因如下
1.活動配合件的表面處理及硬度調整
